Terps Ranked No. 25 in Preseason AP Poll

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The University of Maryland men's basketball team is ranked No. 25 in the preseason Associated Press Poll. The Terps will host Catawba College in an exhibition Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. at XFINITY Center.
Maryland, who reached the Sweet Sixteen for the first time since 2003 a year ago, was ranked No. 18 in the final Associated Press Top 25 poll in the 2015-16 season. The Terps have appeared in the poll for 35 consecutive weeks. Maryland was ranked No. 21 in the preseason USA Today/Coaches poll, released earlier this month.
