COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The fifth-ranked Maryland women's basketball team (2-0) will host Mount St. Mary's (1-1) Friday at 11 a.m. in the Terrapins' annual Field Trip Day Game. The Terrapins will welcome over 3,000 local elementary school students for the matchup.
Fans can park in the Terrapin Trail Garage. Parking in lot 4B, the lot directly behind XFINITY Center, will not be available. Click here for a campus map.
All seating for Field Trip Day is general admission. Seats will be held for season ticket holders in Sections 101 and 114.
The Terrapins offered free admission to all preregistered elementary schools and classes. These classes received free lesson plans aligned with Common Core standards, focusing on numeracy and literacy, while familiarizing students with the game of basketball.
The Terps-Mountaineers game will be streamed live on the BTN2Go app, which is the official app of the Big Ten Network. It will be a BTN Plus production and will require an additional subscription. Fans can access all Big Ten content on BTN Plus for $119.95 per year or a $14.95 monthly subscription. A Maryland School Pass for BTN Plus, which includes all Terrapin contests, home and away, on BTN Plus for $79.95 per year or for a $9.95 monthly subscription.

Six Terps scored in double digits as Maryland defeated Maryland Eastern Shore (1-1), 106-61, on Wednesday evening at the XFINITY Center.
Shatori Walker-Kimbrough led the Terps with 19 points while Brionna Jones scored 17. Kaila Charles (14), Kiah Gillespie (12), Destiny Slocum (10) and Jenna Staiti (10) all scored in double figures. Staiti added 14 rebounds for her first career double-double and Sarah Myers added nine assists
The Terrapins are ranked No. 6 in the latest Associated Press poll and No. 5 in the USA Today Division I Coaches poll.
After Friday's contest, the Terrapins will travel to Niagara (1-2) for their first road trip of the year. The Terps and the Purple Eagles will play at noon Sunday at Niagara's Gallagher Center.
