Baseball to Hold Walk-On Tryouts Sept. 19

COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- The University of Maryland baseball team will hold walk-on tryouts at Bob "Turtle" Smith Stadium on Monday, Sept. 19 at 3 p.m.

All University of Maryland students who are interested in trying out must complete the tryout student packet, and bring all necessary documentation to the tryout. Students must have a sickle cell test, and a physician physical exam completed in the past (6) six months. Interested students are also responsible for bringing their own equipment to the tryout.

To tryout, students must be enrolled full-time at the University of Maryland and have remaining NCAA eligibility.
