LA SALLE STORYLINES
- Sophomore Donta Scott has thoroughly impressed so far this season, reaching double-figures in 5-of-6 games and leading the team in rebounds (7.2). Scott most recently scored a career-best 20 points on 6-of-10 shooting against No. 19 Rutgers. The Philadelphia native is shooting at a 67-percent clip, including 61-percent from 3-point range.

Maryland has been dominant at home since the start of the 2017-18 season, collecting a 50-8 (.62) overall record. The program's 50 wins during that span are the most in the Big Ten Conference. The Terps are also 17-3 (.850) at home in Big Ten Conference play since the start of 2018-19, which is tied with Michigan State for the best win percentage in the conference during that span.
-
Maryland head coach Mark Turgeon is in his 10th season at the helm for the Terrapins, having led the program to more than 20 wins in five of the last six seasons. Turgeon's .646 (73-40) winning percentage in Big Ten Conference play ranks fifth all-time among coaches with at least 50 wins since 1980, trailing only Bo Ryan, Bob Knight, Tom Izzo and Thad Matta.
- The Terrapins have won 17 straight games in which senior Darryl Morsell has reached double-figures. An All-Big Ten selection in 2019-20, the Baltimore native will look to get back on track against La Salle.
-
Maryland is 3-0 all-time against La Salle, having last met on Dec. 27, 1994 in College Park at the legendary Cole Field House. The Terps have won by double-digits in all three meetings.
