ANNAPOLIS, Md. — The Maryland Track and Field team took home seven first-place titles and two top-10 times at the Navy Select meet hosted by the United States Naval Academy Friday.

Senior Kameron Jones inked his name in the indoor record books for the ninth time in his career in the 200m dash (21.94) Friday. Jones now holds a top-10 time in seven different races, the most in school history. Â

Sophomore Mackenzie Morgan set a No. 9 all-time finish in the 500m dash (1:14.71). Today marks her third-straight meet setting a top-10 time in the Terps' record book.

Sophomore Jaida Smith opened the day for Maryland in the long jump with a first-place and personal-best mark of 5.80m.

Kamryn Henderson earned first place in weight throw (17.25m)

Gerald Norgbe took home his first collegiate first-place title in the triple jump (14.14m).

Senior Mikella Lefebvre-Oatis approached the bar set at 1.70m and cleared in her first attempt, taking home gold.Â

Nadia Hackett attacked all five hurdles in the 60m hurdles with a first-place 8.69 finish.

Caleb Dean captured a first-place title in the 60m hurdles, crossing the line in 8.03 seconds.

Chloe Royce took home two second-place titles, one in the long jump with a personal-best 5.68m jump and in high jump.

In pole vault, Chris Spiess sprinted down the runway and vaulted over the bar set at 4.50m.

The 60m swept the competition, with two first-place titles and a second-place finish. Joseph Ewan (6.89) won the men's race and Jaida Smith (7.64) won the women's 60m. Nick Cross dashed across the line in 6.94, good for second place.

Maryland milers set the pace with season-best times. Brady Snelson crossed the line in 4:24.49, as he continues to set personal bests in the race. Snelson took home second place later in the day in the 1000m (2:37.51).

Christine Laurie (4:56.89) and Anna Coffin (4:58.73) took home season-best first and second place mile times, respectively.Â

Paige Novak with a time of 5:10.16 and Courtney Mann both set season-best mile times and placed within the top-10.

Venida Fagan set a season-best 400m time of 56.83 and took home third.

Freshman Maxwell Myers placed second in the 800m as he ran down the back stretch setting a personal-best 1:54.06. Chase McGeehan also set a personal best in the race.

Cheyenne Jones ran 25.00 in the 200m, showcasing her speed in a season-best time and took home third.
