College Park, Md. -- The Terps reigned victorious over Mary Washington on Saturday, defeating the Eagles 4-0.

- Freshman Ayana Akli moves to 10-0 for the season at the No. 1 spot
- Junior Eva Alexandrova remains undefeated (6-0) for the Terps in singles play
- Freshman Joy Callwood made her spring debut at the No. 6 spot
- All six Terps were up at least one set when Maryland won the match
- Singles
- No. 1: Akli defeated Rachel Summers in straight sets 6-0, 6-2
- No. 2: Alexandrova topped Claire Coleman 6-0, 6-1
- No. 4: Junior Zoe Kulkarni won against Abby Moghtader 6-2, 6-0
- Doubles:
- Alexandrova and Kulkarni finished first at the No. 2 spot with a 6-1 victory over Coleman and Moghtader
- Callwood and Vera Markovic took the doubles point for the Terps with a 6-1 win against Summers and Lauren Quinn
- Akli and Yemelyanenka were up 5-2 at the time of the doubles point
Maryland will face Howard on Saturday, March 7 at noon in the Junior Tennis Champions Center.
