TEMPE, Ariz. -- The Terps head back to College Park with another three-win weekend, going 3-2 in the Sun Devil Classic.. Maryland fell to Arizona state 16-3 Sunday in its final game of the trip. 

On The Weekend

• Maryland had it's second three-win weekend in a row
• The Terps beat Wisconsin 5-4, marking their first win against the Badgers since 2011.
• Senior Kiana Carr got her first win inside the circle of the season
• Senior Anna Kufta went 7-for-15 at the plate on the weekend, improving her overall average to .408

Maryland bested by Arizona State, 16-2

• Taylor Okada singled to center field bringing Campbell Kline and Taylor Wilson in for the only two runs of the game 
• Sophomore Regan Kerr went 2-for-3 at the plate.
• Okada recorded two RBIs
• The Terps were outhit 13-6 by the Sun Devils 
• All four Maryland pitchers saw action inside the circle. 

Next Up

• Maryland will travel to Miami, Fla., Mar. 6-8, for the Panther Invitational hosted by Florida International University (FIU). They will face off against Ball State, Tulsa, FIU and Samford.
