MIAMI, Fla. -- Freshman Trinity Schlotterbeck tossed a 1-hit shutout as Maryland beat the Tulsa, 5-0, on day two of the Panther Invitational Saturday afternoon.

- Maryland outhit Tulsa 7-1.
- Freshman Trinity Schlotterbeck improved to 5-5 on the season.
- Anna Kufta, Sammie Stefan, Amanda Brashear, Gracie Voulgaris, and Micaela Abbatine all recorded an RBI.
How It Happened:
- Kufta got the Terps going in the first inning with a single to left field that brought Kerr home for the first run of the game.
- In the bottom of the third, Abbatine reached first on a fielder's choice that brought Freshman Campbell Kline in for the second run of the day.
- Maryland scored three the final three runs in the sixth.
- Kufta doubled to right field, Junior Jojo McRae came in and pinch ran for her.
- Stefan stepped up to the plate and singled to left field, McRae scored.
- Junior Shelby Younkin came in and pinch ran for Taylor Liguori.
- Brashear hit a single through to the left side, Younkin scored.
- Brashear scored the last run of the game on an error by Tulsa's second baseman.
