RAINELLE'S REJECTIONS

Senior middle blocker Rainelle Jones continues to have one of the best seasons in recent memory.
Jones averages 1.71 blocks per set to lead not only the Big Ten, but also the nation.
An Oxon Hill native, she recently passed Ashlyn MacGregor for the third most blocks all-time in Terps history. Jones' 517 career blocks to this point are the most in the 25-point rally scoring era for a Maryland student-athlete.

SCOUTING THE FOES

Continuing Big Ten play the Terps are set to face a pair of Midwestern opponents in Northwestern and Illinois.
Against Northwestern, the Terps are 7-6. The Terps and Wildcats met earlier this season on October 8 with Maryland falling in five sets.
