Jaeda McFarland's bunt single was thrown away by Penn State's third baseman allowing
Campbell Kline and
Regan Kerr, along with McFarland to come all the way around to score, setting off a celebration for Maryland (14-18).Â

- The Terps rallied in the bottom of the seventh inning as Kerr singled to second base and then Kline, pinch-hitting, singled to left field setting the stage for McFarland, who's bunt single was thrown away and rattled around in the rightfield corner allowing all three Terps to come around and score.Â

Courtney Wyche earned the win in relief, throwing a scoreless inning in the seventh.
