Evan Albert started working in retail leasing immediately after graduating from the University of Maryland in 2015. Evan has grown tremendously in the commercial real estate industry since he began including opening his company's Washington DC office in 2019 and leading the young broker's division, XNow, of international retail broker network, XTeam Retail Advisors. Evan continues to have UMD spirit, attending basketball games and continuing to network with fellow Terp alumni.

Arjun Baradwaj graduated from Maryland with a dual degree in Computer Science and Marketing. Now, working for CapTech Consulting, Arjun is the DC office Data & Analytics practice lead and a senior account manager. He's worked with several data clients across industries, with extensive experience in the sports space leading large teams. Arjun is also the co-founder and technical director of NBA Math, a basketball analytics platform under the umbrella Sports Math Network.

Rebecca (Littlefield) Caro is a proud second generation Terp! She graduated with a Bachelor's in Family Science in 2014, and while at Maryland, served as the President of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Currently Rebecca serves as the Director of Academic & Faculty Affairs for the Master of Science in Foreign Service at Georgetown University where she works directly with current and future leaders in Foreign Service, ranging from Ambassadors to CEO's to human rights activists. Prior to her current role, she worked with University of Maryland students at Maryland Applied Graduate Engineering (MAGE, formerly OAEE) in the Clark School of Engineering. Rebecca also holds a Master's in Education from the University of South Carolina.

Louie Colella is a Vice President at CRG, the Real Estate Development and Investment Division of Clayco, in Chicago, IL where he oversees the operations and leasing strategy for their multifamily developments. Louie credits the University of Maryland for allowing him the opportunity to begin his real estate career as a Sophomore while working at Landmark Apartments on College Ave. As a past member of the executive board of his fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha, Louie spends time giving career advice to UMD students and fellow LXA members. He graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a concentration in Real Estate Development & Architecture.

During her time at the University of Maryland, Kate worked as an intern to the Director of Operation for the Baseball team for 3 years. She's been a huge Terp sports fan through and through. Now, she is working as a youth athlete personal trainer and an all star cheer coach while pursing a career as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and her Masters in Human Performance & Nutrition with the dream of being able to come back to UMD as a strength coach! Recently Kate organized a used sale to raise money for a foster home in Catonsville and loves to give back to kids as evident through her work with youth athletes.

Chad Dammling is a current oral and maxillofacial surgery resident at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. While an undergraduate student, he was part of the individual studies program and tailored his education to healthcare management, public health, and health literacy. Following this, he matriculated to the University of Maryland School of Dentistry where he graduated magna cum laude. He continued his training and education at the University of Alabama, Birmingham where he also completed his medical doctorate. His clinical interests currently include orthognathic surgery and facial cosmetic surgery.

Sean Dennis graduated from UMD with a BA in Chemistry in 2017 and with an MA in Secondary Science Education in 2018. He has spent his post graduation years teaching on level 9th grade science at South Hagerstown High School and thrives helping to mentor and teach the more underprivileged students in his classroom. Twice a week, he also leads a community outreach program in a low income housing community in his hometown of Frederick where he also helps to mentor and teach underprivileged youths in his local community using his free time.

Maura Duffy currently works at the National Aquarium where she completes wetland restoration projects to improve the health of one of Maryland's greatest natural treasures, the Chesapeake Bay, and protect the many species that depend on its habitat – including the Diamondback terrapin. Under her leadership, more than 25,000 volunteer-submitted wildlife observations have been made in the Baltimore metropolitan area since 2018 which help scientists better understand what plant and animal species live in our state. Her work has improved wildlife habitats throughout the state of Maryland and connects people to the natural world around them.

Jake Eisenberg is the play-by-play voice of the Omaha Storm Chasers, the Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals. In addition to calling the team's games, he assists with the organization's digital and social media strategies. He also provides play-by-play for various collegiate events on ESPN+, ACC Network Extra, and other streaming platforms. In 2015, he teamed up with fellow students John Vittas and Matt Present to create the Maryland Baseball Network, an online platform for radio broadcasts and daily coverage of the Maryland Baseball team that continues as a student-run venture today. Prior to graduating in 2017 with a degree in Journalism, Jake served as MBN's lead broadcaster while also calling games for BTN Student U and WMUC Sports.

Nicole Feigenblum is a second year medical student at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine and she carries her Maryland Pride with her on a daily basis, whether it be sporting a Red Out t-shirt, wearing her UMD backpack, or looking at her college-sweetheart-turned husband. Nicole learned about the importance of community and leadership while at Maryland and will continue to cultivate that as a future doctor. When working with patients, Nicole cheers them on, wanting the best for them, just as she cheers on the Terrapins!

Robert Galligan has a masters in supply chain management from the Smith School, where he graduated from in 2016. A five-year letterman on the University of Maryland Baseball team, he served as captain, leading his peers on and off the field. Galligan's leadership continued after his time at Maryland, and now works as the division manager for TruTeam serving the DMV area.

Ryan Greenstein is currently the Legislative Director for the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG). In that role, Ryan leads engagement and outreach with Congress and the federal government on behalf of all 56 state, territory, and the District of Columbia attorneys general. While at Maryland, Ryan was active on the Club Swim Team, worked in the Education Abroad Office, studied abroad in Istanbul, Turkey, and interned for then-Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Ryan now lives in Washington, DC with his fiancé, Karla, who he met at Maryland through the Club Swim Team.

Alexander Jonesi works for the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in Reston, VA. At USGS, Alexander worked with the Secondary Transition to Employment Program to teach students with learning disabilities how to navigate geospatial tools, giving them valuable real world job experience. Throughout his time at the University of Maryland, Alexander photographed countless athletic games for The Diamondback and Testudo Times, as well as working with the University's Sustainability Office. Alexander also works for Big Ten Network photographing Terps basketball and football games. Alexander received his B.S. in Environmental Science and Policy with a Minor in GIS, and his M.S. in Geospatial Intelligence.

Mike Kesting is currently employed by MJH Life Sciences as a Senior National Accounts Manager for Targeted Oncology. In his role, Mike works with pharmaceutical marketing teams to provide strategic campaigns to educate community-based oncologists and promote better patient outcomes. While at Maryland, Mike was a member of the CIVICUS Living and Learning Program, Executive Board of the University Student Judiciary, and a founding member of Zeta Beta Tau fraternity.

Haley Mates graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing & Supply Chain Management in 2014 and went on to pursue a career in marketing and special events, holding positions with Sweetgreen and Design Cuisine, a prominent caterer in the DC area. She also established her own dessert company called Pops by Haley, based out of Union Kitchen in Washington, D.C., and retailed her products in over 25 stores, plus shipped nationwide to fulfill orders for companies such as Dylan's Candy Bar, Jonathan Adler, Macy's, Williams-Sonoma, BMW and more. Mates has now returned to the University of Maryland to continue her career as Events & Marketing Manager for the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship at the Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Summer (Madison) McComas is a Proposal Manager for BAE Systems in their Intelligence & Security sector, where she has managed and submitted more than 30 proposals totaling over $2B in submitted value. Summer graduated with a degree in Communication with a focus in Public Relations while also serving as a Maryland Athletics intern her junior and senior years. Summer is a Lifetime Member of the Alumni Association, a Terrapin Club member, and enjoys cheering on the Terps at basketball and football games.

Alexa McManus attended the University of Maryland from 2013-2017 and during her time in College Park she majored in Mathematics and Secondary Education and minored in General Business and Spanish, as well as being a member of the Club Soccer team and involved in her sorority all 4 years. Upon graduation, McManus worked at JP Morgan Chase & Co and is currently an AVP in the CCAR CFO Attestation group at Barclays and has worked with many fellow Terps in the world of finance. Throughout her career, she has been a mentor to incoming analysts and interns from UMD and other colleges by sharing her experiences and helping ease the transition into the workforce.

She graduated with a Bachelor's and Masters Degree in Elementary Special Education. Brady devotes her time to her students at Chevy Chase Elementary school where she teaches 3rd grade. She has been teaching for 5 years, 4 of which she spent as a special education teacher.

In this role, she sells integrated corporate sponsorship & media packages, leads partnership contract fulfillment & serves as the day-to-day contact for client relationships. Prior to Learfield IMG, Caroline spent time working within the Naval Academy Athletic Department as the Assistant Director of Corporate Sales managing the partnership relationships for Academy Athletics & the Army-Navy Football Game. Caroline is a 2014 graduate, former Volleyball Student-Athlete, Terrapin Club member & member of the Chicago Terps Alumni Network. Caroline is also a member of the Junior Council Organization dedicated to supporting the Pediatric & Adolescent Programs at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.

Leigha Pope is currently a tax and financial planning professional at Andersen in McLean, VA. During her time at Maryland, Leigha was a member of the Public Leadership Scholars Program, Alpha Chi Omega sorority, a founding member of PSE professional business fraternity, and completed dual degrees in Finance and in Government and Politics. Post graduation, Leigha has served as a board member for the Northern Virginia Terps Alumni Network connecting fellow Terps in the area. Leigha grew up a Maryland Terrapins fan as both of her parents are alumni. Since graduating, Leigha visits Maryland when she can for recruiting events, alumni events, and to visit her cousin who is a current student.

Lena Richie has been a Terp her entire life, so it was a natural choice to go to the University of Maryland for her undergraduate studies. She worked in the athletic department working for facilities and operations and also played club lacrosse as a student while pursuing her degree in Elementary Education. As an educator, Richie has worked for the Special Olympics, coached high school lacrosse, and fosters a love of learning in her students.

Jon Schneider works as a public sector consulting manager at Grant Thornton in Washington, DC. During his time at Maryland he was able to work at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism on campus, the Maryland Statehouse, and for his Member of Congress. He uses these experiences to mentor new Grant Thornton employees and recent University of Maryland graduates just starting their careers. He started attending Maryland Football and Basketball games when he was two years old. He has kept up the tradition by becoming a season ticket holder for Basketball in 2014 and travelling to a few Big Ten tournaments since then. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Government & Politics and Economics from Maryland in 2013 and a MBA from Georgetown University in 2020.

Vinay Sharma is In-House Counsel and Vice President at Baywood Hotels, a national hotel development and management company. During his time at Maryland, Vinay was a Captain of TerraPind Bhangra, a south-asian dance team, majored in Government & Politics and minored in Asian American Studies. While in law school, Vinay taught constitutional law to high-school students in Washington, D.C. Today, Vinay serves on the Board of Directors for Best Buddies International, Maryland Chapter, and participates in the annual Friendship Walk at the UMD campus. Vinay stays connected with Maryland by attending dance competitions and performances hosted on campus, mentoring Terps and by attending Maryland football and basketball games.

Keith Sneddon graduated from the University of Maryland in 2013 with a B.A. in communication and currently serves as Assistant Director of Media Relations for the Maryland Athletics department. Sneddon has worked with a host of the school's 19 varsity programs since returning to College Park in 2015 and is the co-founder, co-host and producer of the department's podcast "Hear The Turtle", which debuted in the summer of 2017. The Baltimore, Md. resident oversees communication and content for the recently launched One Maryland App, and is currently pursuing his master's of business administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Michael became Morning Executive Producer at the station, training and mentoring producers and reporters, including several other Merrill-made journalists. Michael has since left news and entered the world of public relations where he is now an Account Executive at Pinkston.
