Walk-Off Win: Maryland Beat No. 17 Mizzou, 1-0

LEESBURG, FL -- Maryland won in a walk-off as Taylor Liguori singled to leftfield scoring pinch runner Kamryn Davis in the bottom of the seventh for a 1-0 win over No. 17 Missouri in the final game of the THE Spring Games. Davis ran for Mackense Greico, who reached on an error. Davis moved to third on a Michaela Jones sacrifice setting the stage for Liguori's dramatics.

Maryland rotated three pitchers throughout the game with Trinity Schlotterbeck, Courtney Wyche and Haley Ellefson all seeing action and holding Missouri at bay all afternoon.

Maryland escaped a bases-loaded jam in the top of the seventh inning as Schlotterbeck induced a groundout to keep the game scoreless. That set the stage for the Terps to win in the bottom of the seventh. Maryland is now 4-5 overall and handed Missouri its first loss on the weekend after they won their first four games. The Tigers are now 8-3.

17th-ranked Missouri advanced to the NCAA Super Regionals last season.

Jaeda McFarland had the Terps' other hit and Taylor Okada drew two walks.
