COLLEGE PARK, MD -- Maryland softball opened play in the Capital City Classic with a 3-2 loss to North Dakota State on Friday night.
Haley Ellefson went 2-for-3 with a run scored. Michaela Jones and Ruby Butler brought home the Terps' runs with RBIs.
Courtney Wyche started and allowed just two hits and three runs while striking our six.
