COLLEGE PARK, MD - Maryland won an epic match on Easter Sunday outlasting Purdue, 4-3, as
Kallista Liu won in three-sets, 6-3, 5-7, 6-4, as the Terps captured the contest that lasted four hours and 30 minutes.
The Terps also had singles wins from
Mary Brumfield in straight sets at No. 4 singles, 6-4, 6-4 along with
Francesca Feodorov at No. 5 singles by the score of 6-2, 6-1.
Maryland took the doubles point as
Selma Cadar and Brumfield along with
Minorka Miranda and Marta Perez Mur won their matches.
