Terps Rate High In ITA Atlantic Regional Rankings

COLLEGE PARK, MD -- After a record-setting season which saw the Terps in a school-record 18 matches, Maryland earned several high rankings in the final ITA Atlantic Regional rankings.
The Terps finished ranked fourth in the Atlantic Region after going 18-7 with a 6-5 record in the Big Ten under head coach Katie Dougherty.
Individually, junior Selma Cadar was named No. 8 among all singles players and graduate student Marta Perez Mur was ranked 15th in the region. Cadar went 25-8 in singles and Perez Mur went 15-10 this year.
In doubles, Cadar teammed with Mary Brumfield to be ranked No. 10 in the region. The duo went 15-8 this past year.
