COLUMBUS, OH -- Maci Bradford scored 20 seconds into the fourth quarter to break a 1-1 deadlock and bring No. 10 Maryland (12-3, 4-1) to a huge conference win over No. 9 Ohio State (12-5, 4-4). With the win, the Terps have won all 20 all-time matches against the Buckeyes.

The win also caps off a fantastic weekend on the road for the Terps, as they came away with top-20 wins over Ohio State and No. 16 Michigan.

Sammy Popper scored quickly to put the Terps up 1-0 early, but Ohio State equalized in the third quarter. Bradford came through quickly in the fourth to secure the victory for the Terps.

Alyssa Klebasko made six saves.

Breaking Down The Action

Hannah Boss intercepted a pass from the Buckeyes just outside the circle. She quickly fired a pass to Sammy Popper who faked the keeper and sent the ball to the back of the cage.
Ohio State earned four back-to-back penalty corner opportunities in the middle of the second quarter that were all turned away by the Maryland defense. The Buckeyes managed two shots on goal that were shutdown by Alyssa Klebasko.
Ohio State found the equalizing goal with seven minutes remaining in the third quarter.
Maryland wasted no time in the fourth quarter scoring a goal in the first twenty seconds. Margot Lawn sent a shot towards the cage that was tipped in by Maci Bradford.
