
Four Terps Climb the Record Boards on Day Two of Competition

CLEMSON, SC / LYNCHBURG, VA – The Terps track and field squads competed on day two of the Clemson Tiger Paw Invite and the Darius Dixon Invitational.
Day two of competition was highlighted by top ten all time Terp performances from four different athletes - including Eric Albright who had the second fastest 1000m time in Terps history - while winning his second event of the weekend.

The Terps will now shift gears to postseason action as they head to the Big Ten Championship Meet next.

Women's Notes:
- Lydia Robling (39.77) sprinted to the seventh fastest time in Terps history in the 300m.
- Michaela Bracken won the 500m with the ninth fastest time in Terrapins history (1:14.67). Kyra Lyles (1:15.94) took eighth.
- Jayla Bynum (15.49m) earned a top ten result in the shot out at Clemson. Kayla Thorpe (14.16m) and Kamryn Henderson also competed.
- Madison Depry (24.94s) had a strong race in the 200m at Clemson with a season best performance.
- Emmi Simon (3:02.02) competed in the 1000m at Liberty as well as Samantha Facius.
- Ashley Thomas competed in the 200m at Liberty with a season best.
- Amanda Eliker set a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:01.06.
- Eric Albright (2:25.59) won the 1000m at Liberty with the second fastest time in Terps history.
- Chase McGeehan won the 500m, finishing in 1:02.97 - the third fastest time in program history.
- Jeff Kline (18.76m) took sixth in the shot put at Clemson. Rhys Allen threw to a mark of 15.65m.
- Brandon James (21.77) and Kevin Collins (22.17) competed in the 200m at Clemson.
