As a junior (2022-23)
Outdoor
  • Landed seven top-10 placements while winning two event titles
  • Won the 4x400m (3:54.06) while taking second in the 200m with a personal-best 25.47 at the Navy Outdoor Invitational (3/25)
  • Earned two top-10 finishes at the LSU Lloyd Wills Invitational (4/8) by finishing fourth in the 4x400m (3:43.80) and sixth in the 400m (56.55)
  • Had a stellar outing at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/5), topping the podium in the 4x400m (3:47.27) while taking a runner-up placement in the 400m (56.25)
  • Finished seventh in the 4x400m (3:41.78) while setting a personal-best 55.42 in 400m preliminaries at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/12)
Indoor
  • Registered 10 top-10 finishes in her first indoor campaign with the Terps
  • Scored two runner-up finishes at the Navy Invitational (12/3), taking second in the 4x400m (3:53.52) as well as the 500m with a personal-best 1:17.83
  • Set a personal record in the 600m (1:37.53) to take sixth along with taking third in the 4x400m (3:51.89) at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14)
  • Notched two top-10 results at the Hokie Invitational (1/20) with a fourth-place finish in the 4x400m (3:47.22) and a 10th-place result in the 400m (56.78)

  • Placed second in the 300m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/10) with a personal-best 39.77 while finishing ninth in the 400m (56.79)

As a sophomore at Pitt-Johnstown (2021-22)
  • PSAC Outdoor 400m Champion
  • Finished in the top 10 in every event she competed in during the outdoor season, winning seven races
  • Won both of her races in the 400m (57.14) and 4x100m (51.11) at the season-opening Carnegie Mellon University Invitational (3/25)
  • Topped the podium in the 4x400m (4:14.68) at the Ed Fry Invitational (4/9) while setting a personal record in the high jump (1.55m) to take sixth
  • Scored a victory in the 200m (25.91) and a runner-up placement in the 4x100m (48.95) at the SRU Open (4/21)
  • Claimed victory in the 400m (56.01) and took third in the 4x100m (48.40) at the SFU Red Flash Open (4/30)
  • Took home the gold in the 4x100m (50.67) at the LHU Qualifier (5/6)

  • Won the 400m (57.15) at the Jud Logan Memorial Tune-Up (2/19)

  • Ran a personal-best 5k (22:09.1) to finish among the top 50 at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational (10/9)
  • Represented the Mountain Cats in the 6k (26:09.3) at the PSAC Cross Country Championships (10/22)
  • Finished the 6k at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships (11/6) with a personal-record 25:14.3

  • Earned eight top-10 finishes with one event title in her debut outdoor season
