No. 3 Terps Beat UC Davis 6-0, Sweep West Coast Road Trip

Davis, CA -- The No. 3 Terps remain undefeated with a 6-0 win over UC Davis, finishing the third and final game on the west coast Monday night.
Led by Hope Rose with two goals, the Terps had five different goal scorers. Four Terps logged an assist as well. Rose finished with a game-high five points on two goals and an assist.
The Terp defense overwhelmed UC Davis all evening, holding them to just four shots on goal. Paige Kieft and Alyssa Klebasko split time at keeper, with Kieft making one save and Klebasko three to earn the combined shutout. It marks the second time in three games that the Terps shut out their opponent. On the entire three-game West Coast trip, Maryland surrendered just one goal.
The Terps now return home where they host the B1G/ACC Challenge this weekend.
