Box Score ANNAPOLIS, MD — In the Sunday finale of the Kristen Dickmann Invitational, the University of Maryland volleyball team could not complete its undefeated weekend, falling in a showdown against cross-state rival, Navy, in a 3-0 (23-25, 23-25, 21-25) affair at the Wesley A. Brown Field House in Annapolis, Md. The Terps fell to 4-2, while the Midshipmen improved to 5-1.

All three sets came down to a tight finish, with the teams being knotted at 23 apiece in each of the first two sets, but late runs from Navy resulted in set victories in the first two sets. In the third and final set, Maryland stayed within two points for the latter half of the frame, but a late run with four points in five rallies clinched Navy's victory.
