Box Score COLLEGE PARK, MD- The Maryland Terrapins defeated George Washington 7-0 sweeping their two-game slate at the Junior Tennis Champions Center on Saturday.

The Terps took the doubles point and won all six singles matches.

"We're happy with how the team competed today in both matches, they were able to implement many of the things we've been working on in practice and our execution continues to improve," said Head Coach Katie Dougherty.  "We've got a couple good matches under our belt and momentum heading into kick-off weekend."

"We've got an opportunity next week to play great teams out at Stanford and I know the team is up for the challenge," said Coach Dougherty.
