Clemsen Signs Reece, Young As Part Of 2025 Recruiting Class

COLLEGE PARK, MD. -- The University of Maryland wrestling team announced two signings today as part of the 2025 recruiting class, as Garrett Reece and Jackson Young both signed their National Letter of Intent on National Signing Day.

Garrett Reece: "The reason I have chosen the Maryland Wrestling program is because of the great culture around the team. This team is only getting better and I am excited to help them grow."
Head coach Alex Clemsen: "Garrett is a great athlete. Explosive, strong, competitive, and extremely hard working. Our room is going to benefit from having him just as much as he will benefit from being in it. Can't wait to get him to College Park."
