
Maryland Scores Season-High 196.675 Against No. 24 Nebraska

COLLEGE PARK, MD -- Alexa Rothenbuescher posted a 9.925 on floor to match her career high with a dazzling routine. Her performance allowed Maryland Gymnastics to post a season-best 196.675 score while No. 24 Nebraska recorded a 196.125 on Saturday at XFINITY Center.
Lindsay Bacheler and Rhea LeBlanc also set career-highs during the meet on bars. Overall, five of the six competitors scored over 9.825 and the Terps scored 49.300 as a team on bars. The score surpassed Maryland's previous high this season of 48.975.
On the third rotation, the Terps competed on beam and Layla Hammer scored a 9.825 in her freshman debut.
