Just before halftime, Lisa McIntyre pounced on a loose ball near the penalty area, starting her account in the 2024 season with a finesse shot around the goalie to put the Terps back on top. Stony Brook answered, scoring in the 43rd minute to make it a 2-2 game at the half. The Eagles have put up a high number of shots through their first two games, averaging 16 total to start the season.
  • In goal the The Eagles are led by Addison Roemer. Roemer has made two saves so far this season, thanks in part to a strong defense in front of goal. The Eagles have allowed just 16 shots this season, with only four being on target.
