New Faces Shine
- Sunday's match featured newcomers Abigail Stager, Lilly Bane, Ary Oliver, and Ava Paolini, transfers from Kentucky, Purdue, Radford, and Florida, who made their Terps debuts.
- Stager and Bane started the match, as Bane collected an assist and 2 shots, while Stager had one shot.
- Freshmen Ella Petry, Paige Foye, Morgan Shannon, and Kamryn Cole also produced large minutes from the bench.

Early Season Success Continues
- Sunday's win versus Fordham keeps the streak alive at ten consecutive undefeated opening matches. The Terps have gone 7-0-3 in opening game matches dating back to 2016.
- Head Coach Michael Marchiano attempts to start the season 2-0, mirroring last season in his first full year as the Terps' head coach when they beat Saint Francis 5-0.

- Sunday, Sept. 27 | 12 PM | vs. UCLA Bruins - Kickoff the fall season with a cozy afternoon at Ludwig Field! Decorate your own tote bag, decorate a mini pumpkin, enjoy some autumn favorites, and cheer on the team! It wouldn't be a start to fall without a nice treat! Early arriving fans will receive an apple cider donut - while supplies last.
- Sunday, Oct. 11 | 1 PM | vs. Northwestern Wildcats - Grab your boots, throw on something pink, and ride on over to Ludwig Field for the ultimate pink party of the season! Join us for a night of western charm, gameday fun, and Maryland Women's Soccer. Fans are encouraged to wear all pink in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness month.
