Week 1 of the National Football League is in books!
In this edition of Terps of the NFL, we look at some of the standout performances from former Terps in the opening weekend of the 2024 season.
Steftacular
Stef did what he does best in his Texans regular season debut, notching two touchdowns on six receptions, contributing to a 29-27 win over the Colts. During the game Diggs hit a major milestone, passing the 10,000 career receiving yards mark.
Chig Okonk'wow'
Chigoziem Okonkwo began his third season in the NFL this past weekend on his birthday. Chig marked his birthday game by hauling in a 17 yard touchdown with a contested catch in the second quarter.
Deonte Banks
Deonte Banks began his second year in the NFL with the Giants. Against the Vikings Banks tallied four tackles, and held star wideout Justin Jefferson to 59 yards on four catches for the game.
