Cirovski's Takeaways
  • "I really like our culture. Our chemistry's good. We have good balance. We're deep."
  • "The players who aren't starting are as good as the players who are starting. There's no dropoff. Tonight we saw that."
  • "I like the fact that we can attack and have different guys get on the end of goals. We also had a lot of good plays. There were a lot of good assists tonight."
Van Heukelum's Victory:
  • "It feels great. I was happy to finally get on the score sheet and I was happy to see some of the younger guys get their first points. I think overall it was just a great night."
  • "I think we really just had to be patient in the attack. Even though we had a lot of chances in the attack, our defenders made sure to stay defensively committed."
De Jesus' Dominance:
  • "Sometimes it's tough to break a team down when they're sitting back. We learned a lot. I think the guys that came on knew what to do. We were able to find those spots and get in those pockets and we were fortunate that we got goals out of it."
