
Maryland Track And Field Adds Four New Top 10 Records At Day Two Of The Dr. Sander Scorcher

NEW YORK, NY - Four new top ten records highlight Maryland's efforts on Saturday at the Dr. Sander Scorcher Invitational at the Armory Track and Field Center. The Terps also captured three first-place finishes throughout the meet.
Eva Rogers finished the mile and now holds seventh place all-time in the Maryland record book after running the event in 4:48.42.

Naaema Robinson turned in a time of 24.41 seconds in the 200 meters to put her at ninth all-time in the Maryland record book.

Ka'Nai Bey, Maya. Mosley, Taylor Riley, Maya Valmon turned in a time of 3:40.33 in the 4x400 to put them at ninth all-time in the Maryland record books.

Armanie Coleman placed first in the 200-meter invitational with a time of 24.15 seconds.

Leonora Lynn turned in a time of 17:25.36 in the 5,000 meter invitational moving her into tenth all-time in the Maryland books.

Other standout performers for the Terps on day two included Fiona Carter who placed fourth in the High Jump invitational (1.68), Madison Trout who placed eighth in the long jump invitational (5.40m), Naaema Robinson who took second in the 200 meter seeded, Jasmine Davids took sixth in the 200 meter seeded, Jasmine Sharps takes eighth in the 200 meter invitational.
