  • Won alongside Madison Depry, Sam Payne, and Armanie Coleman in the 4x100 with a time of 45.70 seconds at the Maryland Invitational (3/28-29/25).
  • Won the 200m at the Maryland Kehoe Twilight Meet with a time of 24.09 seconds.

  • Participated in seven competitions, earning one first place finish, six top-5 finishes.
  • Posted a personal best in the 300-meter (38.86) at the Nittany Lion Challenge  (1/18/25)

  • Ran her personal best in the 400 of 55.20 at the 2018 USATF Junior Outdoor Championships in Bloomington, Ind.
  • Her 200 best of 24.73 came at the Independent School League Championships in 2018
  • Ran 11.97 in the 100 at the Bullis Invitational as a freshman in 2017
  • Washington Post All-Met honorable mention selection in 2018
  • MileSplit Maryland Girls Track and Field Freshman of the Year in 2017, her first season in the sport
  • Holds six school records, including in the 100, 200, and 400, as well as three relays
  • Played competitive soccer for 10 years
  • Member of the Holton Arms School swim team

Personal:

  • Father is Andrew Valmon, a 1988 and 1992 Olympic gold medalist in the 4x400, an event in which he also holds the world record
  • Mother, the former Meredith Rainey, was a two-time Olympian in the 800 and three-time U.S. outdoor champion
  • Older brother Travis was co-captain of Maryland’s Big Ten championship basketball team
