As a Redshirt Freshman (2011): Made nine appearances late in the season after making his debut on 4/12 vs. Delaware State ... missed the first 32 games while finishing his rehab from Tommy John surgery ... held the opposing team scoreless in four of his first five appearances ... finished the year with a 1-0 record and 5.82 ERA in 17 innings of work ... pitched two perfect innings in his debut on 4/12, retiring all six batters he faced, including two strikeouts ... came on to pitch the ninth inning of a 10-2 win over Miami (4/17), striking out two and walking one without allowing a hit ... struck out five in three innings against Penn State (4/20) and allowed just two hits ... earned his first collegiate victory with three innings of relief against Saint Joseph's (4/26), striking out five without issuing a walk or allowing a hit.

At River Hill: Pitched complete game and scored winning run in 2009 Maryland State 2A Championship ... named River Hill's MVP sophomore, junior and senior seasons ... first team All-Metro as a senior ... first team All-County junior and senior years ... also played wide receiver for Hawks' football team, which went undefeated and won 2008 state championship.
