Spring 2021: Competed in every event for Maryland for the spring season...began the season carding her 18 and 54-hole low for the spring in the FAU Paradise Invitational with her final score of 213 (73, 68, 72) where the Terrapins broke their 18-hole record low (278)...finished tied for third in the same event...placed in the top-8 in four events...finished tied for sixth in the Big Ten Championship, her highest finish in any conference tournament appearance...competed in the 2021 National Championships...finished the season with a 72.06 scoring average; second best on the team and in the Maryland record book for season scoring average...
Spring 2020: Competed in all three events for the Terrapins before the season ended in March… scored at or under par in three rounds and shot under 75 in seven out of the nine rounds played in the season, making her scoring average second best in the team for the season…. Earned a score of 228 (80-74-74), +12, at the Lady Puerto Rico Classic… scored her best tournament round of the season and let the Terps with her score of 215 (74-69-72) which was -1 overall, to tie for 12th at the IJGA Collegiate Invitational… tied for 9th at the Hurricane Invitational with her score of 219 (76-73-72), +3, recording her best finish of the season and good for a top ten finish in the tournament, helping the team achieve their first victory of the year… finished the spring season improving her scoring average from 75.13 in the fall to a 74.54 for the year… she was one of the four golfers on the team to record a round under par two times this season.
Fall 2019: Competed in all five events for the Terrapins… earned a score of 225 (74-75-76), which was +9, in the Cougar Classic…scored her best tournament round of a 221(70-73-78), eight over, to tie for 36th at the Mercedez-Benz Collegiate, helping the team achieve their first top 5 finish for the season… scored a total of 228 (77-76-75), 12 over par, to help the Terrapins finish fourth at the Illini Invitational at Medinah their best finish for the season… tied for 41th with her score of 224 (74-79-71), which was eight over in the Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invite… finished the season scoring a total of 229 (77-79-73) at The Landfall Tradition…finished the fall season with 75.13 average round score, recording a round under par two times this season.
Spring 2019: Competed in all seven events for the Terrapins… earned a score of 227 (77-74-76), which was +11, in the Lady Puerto Rico Classic…tied for 17th with her score of 217 (70-75-69), which was two strokes under par, in the Moon Golf Invitational…tied for 28th with her score of 219 (72-73-74), which was +3, in the Bruzzy Challenge…tied for 23rd with her score of 227 (77-76-74) at the Lady Buckeye Invitational…tied for 42nd in the Big Ten Championships with a score of 151 (77-74), which was +7…finished second on the team and tied for 23rd with her score of 220 (73-75-72), which was +4, in NCAA Regionals.
Fall 2018: Competed in four events in the fall…earned two top 20 finishes …played as an individual in the Mercedes-Benz Intercollegiate with her score of 272 (96-88-88)…competing as an individual, tied for 16th at the Princess Anne Invitational with her score of 216 (68-74-74), which was +6…as an individual, tied for 15th with her score of 223 (73-78-72), which was +7, at the Cardinal Cup…earned a score of 235 (84-72-79) in the Landfall Tradition tournament.
Spring 2018: Competed in all six events for the Terrapins…went at or under par in five rounds and shot under 75 in 10…earned a score of 239 (80-81-78) at the Lady Puerto Rico Classic…tied for 26th at the Moon Golf Invitational with a score of 224 (74-75-75), which was +8…tied for 14th at the Hurricane Invitational with her score of 221 (76-73-72), which was +5…earned a score of 223 (76-72-75), which was +7, at the Briar’s Creek Invitational…earned a score of 156 (76-80) at the Lady Buckeye Invitational…tied for 15th at the Big Ten Tournament with an even score of 216 (72-72-72).
Fall 2017: Competed in all five events for the Terrapins...tied for 22nd in her first collegiate event with her score of 227 (76-75-76), which was +8, in the Ocean Course Invitational (Sept. 4-5)...went +12 with a score of 225 (76-73-73) in the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate (Sept. 18-19)...in just third collegiate event, won the Nittany Lion Invitational individual title and helped team to team title with score of 212 (74-68-70), which was -4 overall (Sept. 23-24)...named Big Ten Co-Golfer of the Week with Michigan State's Sarah Burnham (Sept. 27)...tied for 12th at the Pinehurst Challenge with score of 214 (68-73-73), which was -2 overall (Oct. 9-10)...tied for 28th at the Maryb S. Kauth Invitational with score of 225 (75-73-73), which was +5 (Oct. 22-24).
BEFORE MARYLAND: In 2016, 20th best player in France in the European Golf Rankings...made it to match play at Girls British Open Championship (76-71 par 73)...second place at Grand Prix de Ligue PACA (74-72-74)...tied seventh Total International Juniors of Belgium (75-79-72-76)...first place Grand Prix Nord-Pas de Calais (68-69 par 73)...in 2014, tied for second at Grand Prix de la Cote D-Opale (75-69-76)...third at Total International Juniors of Belgium (77-73-71-77)...won the Grand Prix Dulys Chantilly (70-77-71).
Personal: Parents are Stephanie and Herve Van Respaille…has one sister, Clemence, and two brothers, Baptiste and Romain…came to Maryland because of the location, the spirit and the culture the coaches are building…lists Jordan Spieth and Annika Sorenstam as two sports heroes...letters & sciences major.
