2021 Outdoor (Junior): Opened his outdoor season at the Maryland B1G Invite (3/26) competing in the 100m (11.06)... competed in the 100m (10.77) at the B1G North Florida Invitational (4/2)... competed in the 100m (10.96) anf 4x100 at the Husker Big Ten Invite (4/16)... competed in the 1600SMR at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays (4/23)... competed in the 100m (10.64) and 4x100 at the  Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/14)... competed in the 4x100 at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round (5/26)

2019 Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season with a first-place finish in the 200m dash (22.44) at the Maryland Invitational (3/16/19)... finished 12th in the 100m (10.84) and 12th in the 200m (22.03) at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (3/21/19)... finished 46th in the 100m (10.91) at the Florida Relays (3/28/19)... finished third in the 200m (22.13) at the UVA Quad Meet (4/6/19)... finished 12th in the 100m (10.79) at the Virginia Challenge (4/19/19)... finished 13th in the 100m (10.70) at the Penn Relays (4/25/19)... finished first in the 100m (10.77) and fourth in the 200m (21.66) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/3/19)... finished 16th in the 100m (10.82) and 20th in the 200m (21.89) at the Big Ten Championships (5/10/19)

2019 Indoor: Finished 10th in the 200m dash at Penn State National (22.20)... Finished 27th in the 200m dash at the 2019 Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (22.10)... Took fourth in the men’s 60m dash at the Nittany Lion Challenge (6.90)... Finished 15th in the men’s 60m dash in the 2019 Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (6.96)... Placed 25th in prelims of the 60m dash at Penn State National (7.04)... Took 6th in the 60m dash at the Simmons-Harvey Big Ten Invitational (6.93)

Before Maryland: Won first at states in the 100m sprint in 2017 and 2018... won silver in the 100m sprint at the NB Nationals in 2017... placed seventh in the 100m sprint at the 2017 Junior Olympics... finished 12th in the 60m sprint at nationals in 2018... first team All-Met... holder of the 100m sprint school record... awarded male athlete of the year in HS... also ran with Bullseye Running in Columbia.

Personal: Son of Lysanders and Crystal Vereen... born in Brooklyn, N.Y... has a brother, Justin, and a sister, Maya... would play football if he could play another sport at Maryland... awarded Significance of Black Excellence Award... sports hero is Eli Manning... aspires to become a professional track athlete... enjoys lifting, video games, spending time with friends... eats skittles before his races.
