2021 Indoor (Junior): Opened his indoor season at the Nittany Lion Opener (1/16) placing second in the 4x400

2020 Indoor (Sophomore): Open indoor season with a second-place finish in the 300m (36.07) at the Terrapin Invitational (1/18)...competed in the 600m (1:20.65) at the Rod McCravy Memorial (1/24)...took home fifth in the 600m (1:20.46) at Penn State National (2/1)...ran a season-best 600m (1:19.70) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite (2/8)

2019 Outdoor (Freshman): Opened the outdoor season with a second-place finish in the 400m (49.16) and a first-place finish as a member of the 4x400m relat team (3:15.32) at the Maryland Invitational (3/16/19)... finished eighth in the 400m (48.55) at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (3/21/19)... placed fourth in the 400m (48.58) and first in the 4x400m relay (3:18.21) at the UVA Quad Meet (4/6/19)... finished third in the 400m (48.43) at the Virginia Challenge (4/19/19)... placed second as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:06.87) at the Penn Relays (4/25/19)... finished sixth in the 800m (1:52.90) and third as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:18.67) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/3/19)... finished 26th in the 800m (1:55.75) and third in the 4x400m relay (3:08.14) at the Big Ten Championships (5/10/19)... finished 19th as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:11.18) at the NCAA East Prelims (5/23/19)

Before Maryland: Previously competed in the 400m, 800m, and sprint medley relay at Kingston College... ran a 1:50.00 800m split in the distance medley relay that resulted in a school record 3:24.22
