2021 Outdoor (Junior): Opened her outdoor season at the Maryland B1G Invite (3/26) competing in the 800m (2:23.04) and the 4x400… competed in the 800m (2:19.61) at the Rutgers B1G Tri-Meet (4/10)... competed in the 800m (2:30.24) at the Ohio State Jesse Owens Invitational (4/30)... won the 800m (2:22.37) at the Jim Thorpe Invite (5/7)

2020 Indoor (Sophomore): Opened her sophomore season in the 600m (1:44.63) at the Terrapin Invitational (1/11)...competed in the 500m (1:21.54), earning a season-best time at the Navy Invite II (2/1)...earned eighth place in the 500m (1:22.36) at Navy Select (2/21)

2019 Outdoor (Freshman): Opened the outdoor season with a sixth-place finish in the 800m (2:25.84) and a fifth-place finish as a member of the 4x400m relay team (4:17.42) at the Maryland Invitational (3/16/19)... finished 14th in the 800m (2:26.10) and third as a member of the 4x400m relay team (4:06.90) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/3/19)

2019 Indoor (Freshman): Opened the indoor season with a 17th-place finish in the mile (6:08.54) at the 2019 Navy Invitational (1/26/19)... finished 18th in the 1000m (3:18.46) at the 2019 Navy Select (2/8/19)

Before Maryland: County and school record-holder in the 3200m relay with a time of 9:45.78... 2015 state champion in 3200m relay with a time of 10:23.23... three-time All-County selection for track... one All-County selection for soccer... captain of both track and soccer teams... three-time regional champion in the 3200m relays... 2015 800m regional champion... Chesapeake Division champion in 1600m.

Personal: Daughter of Curtis and Lauri Walz... has two sisters, Brooke and Julia... Dad ran track at the University of Maryland from 1987-1991... played soccer and ran indoor and outdoor track in HS... Valedictorian at Bohemia Manor HS... President of National Honor Society... has always loved the University of Maryland and attending basketball games.
