2021 Indoor (Senior): Competed in the long jump (5.36m) at the Nittany Lion Opener (1/16)

2020 Indoor: Opened her junior season with a first place title in the 300m dash (39.39) at the Terrapin Invitational (1/11)...competed in the 200m (24.85) and 4x400m relay (3:47.43) at the Rod McCravy Memorial (1/24)...earned gold in the 200m (24.63) at Penn State National (2/1)...took home sixth in the 200m (24.20) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/8)...competed in the 200m (24.82) and was a member of the fifth-place 4x400m relay squad (3:39.63) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/29)

2019 Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 400m hurdles (1:02.24) at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (3/21/19)... finished 48th in the 400m dash (56.59) and third as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:35.90) at the Florida Relays (3/28/19)... earned a first-place finish as a member of the 1600m sprint medley relay (3:58.45) at the Penn Relays (4/25/19)... placed second in the 400m (55.50) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/3/19)... finished 24th in the 400m (57.26) at the Big Ten Championships (5/10/19)

2019 Indoor: Started her career at Maryland with a sixth-place finish in the 200m (24.87) at the Simmons-Harvey Big Ten Invitational (1/19/19)... took second in the 300m (39.49) at the Penn State National (1/25/19)... earned ninth in the 200m (24.75) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/1/19)... finished ninth in the 400m (55.89) and second as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:42.27) at the Music City Challenge (2/8/19)... finished 17th in the 400m (56.69) and seventh as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:44.17) at the Big Ten Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/22/19)

Before Maryland: Transfer from University of Florida... made UF Academic All-SEC Honor Roll and USTFCCA All-Academic Honor Roll... ran the 400m in 53.89, 200m in 24.02... 400h in 59.02... four-time national champion in high school (freshmen 400 NBN 2014, 400 AAU club nationals 2015, 400 hurdles AAU Junior Olympics 2016, 400 hurdles NBN)... also ran for Track 757 from 2005-2016.

Personal: Daughter of Earl and Keisha Ward…majoring in journalism and minoring in philosophy... plans to be a journalist or attorney after college... also recruited by Florida, Virginia, Harvard, Tennessee, South Carolina, San Diego State and Brown.
