Team Records and Series Notes
•Coach Frese and the Terps improve to 17-3 (4-2) while Wake Forest falls to 10-12 (1-5)
•Maryland now owns a 51-12 lead in the all-time series against the Demon Deacons. The Terrapins have won 12 of their last 13 against Wake Forest.
•Four of Maryland’s last six victories of Wake have by 20-plus points.
•Maryland will host Longwood in an out-of-conference bout on Sunday, Jan. 30 at 2 p.m. ET.

Team Game Notes
•Line-up: Alyssa Thomas, Tianna Hawkins, Diandra Tchatchouang, Anjale Barrett and Lynetta Kizer. This group is now 9-2 this season.
•Four Terps broke the 10-point mark Friday: Alyssa Thomas (19), Kim Rodgers (17), Tianna Hawkins (12) and Diandra Tchatchouang (10).
•Block Party: Six different Terps recorded at least one block Friday night. Maryland has outblocked its opponents in four straight games and in eight of their last 10.
•Maryland held the advantage on the boards by outrebounding the Demon Deacons 54-35. The Terps are 16-2 this season when they hold the rebounding edge.
•Led by junior Anjale Barrett’s game-high five assists, the Terps recorded 21 total assists to Wake Forest’s nine.

Individual Game Notes
•Freshman Alyssa Thomas broke double-digits in scoring at just the 7:20 mark in the first half. On the night, Thomas scored a game-high 19 points and also brought down 11 rebounds for her fifth double-double in her last six games. •In just 71 seconds, starting at the 3:28 mark, junior Kim Rodgers doubled Maryland’s lead from nine to 18 thanks to three consecutive 3-pointers. The Virginia Beach, Va., native finished the half scoring two of the Terps’ three final buckets to cap her 13 point, 3:06 run. Rodgers finished with 17 points, one shy of her career mark.
•Sophomore Tianna Hawkins recorded her 10th career double-double with 12 points and a game-high 12 rebounds.
