As a Junior (2020): Started in first three games of the season at right guard ... Helped Maryland get off to a 2-1 record with wins over Minnesota (10/30) and at Penn State (11/7) ... Blocked for QB Taulia Tagovailoa who threw for 676 passing yards in the two wins (394 vs. Minnesota and 282 at Penn State), the most by a Maryland quarterback in back-to-back wins since Scott Milanovich passed for 692 yards in back-to-back games in 1994 and RB Jake Funk who averaged 7.81 yards per carry over the first three games of the season. 

As a Redshirt Sophomore (2019): Started in all 10 games he appeared in at right tackle, only missing the games at Rutgers, 10/5 and at Purdue, 10/12 due to injury ... Opened the way for rushing attack that was one of only two Big Ten teams to have three players with a 100-yard rushing game ... Contributed to an offense that had three games scoring over 45 points ... Protected Josh Jackson, who had the most touchdown passes by a Maryland quarterback in a first half of a game since 1977 ... Blocked for the second-most points in Maryland history with 79 vs Howard (8/31). 

As a Sophomore (2018): Started three of the first four games of the season (#23 Texas, 9/1; Temple, 9/15; Minnesota, 9/22) before missing the final eight of the season due to injury. 

As a Freshman (2017): Appeared in nine games, including one start, as a reserve offensive lineman ... started first career game at right guard at Michigan State (11/18).

Before Maryland: Played at local DeMatha High School … a consensus 4-star recruit according to all major recruiting services … rated as the No. 5 player in the state of Maryland via ESPN … a member of the ESPN3000 … rated as the No. 17 guard in the country via ESPN …  rated as the No. 9 player in the state of Maryland via 247Sports … rated as the No. 19 guard in the country via 247Sports … rated as the No. 6 player in the state of Maryland via Rivals … tabbed as the No. 1 guard in the state of Maryland and east region via Scout … rated as the No. 6 guard in the country via Scout … 2016 First Team All-WCAC selection ... 2016 USA Today First Team All-Maryland … helped lead Dematha to its fourth straight WCAC Championship in 2016…high school team ended the 2016 season ranked ninth in country via Max Preps and 14th in the nation via USA Today … 2015 Third Team All-WCAC selection … also received offers from Auburn, Florida, Penn State and Tennessee … coached by Elijah Brooks.
