As a Junior (2013): Did not appear during the season ... named scout team special teams player of the week for his efforts in preparation for Virginia (10/12) ... joined the team  midway through the 2013 season after transferring from FIU.

At DeMatha Catholic High School: Played two seasons at cornerback for the Stags ... helped DeMatha go 20-2 in two seasons (2009 and 2010) and helped the Stags win the 2009 Washington Catholic Athletic Conference title.

Personal: Born in Washington, D.C. ... has two siblings, Tianna and Tiarra ... is a Dean List member and is part of the OAES Academic Excellence Honor Society and W.E.B Du Bois Honor Society ... interned at the law office of Robinson and Geraldo prior to the 2013 season ... founded an athletic apparel company, Vega Athletics, Inc. ... enjoys Madden, bowling and Monopoly ... lists Sean Taylor as his sports hero ... is majoring in economics.
