Chili Davis joined the Terrapin coaching staff in February of 2025 as an Assistant Special Teams Coordinator.

Davis has over a decade of coaching experience and has worked with special teams units at numerous different spots. 

Davis comes to College Park after spending one year with the Los Angeles Rams as a special teams assistant. Davis also has previous collegiate stops at Kansas State, Florida A&M, Washington, New Mexico State, Fordham and Campbell. 

Davis played defensive back for Campbell from 2008 to 2011, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the university in 2012. He is married to the former Kiandra Brooks, and the couple has one son, Amir.
