Erin Brady became an assistant director for the Gossett Student-Athlete Center in March of 2016.
 
As an Assistant Director, Brady serves in a dual role as both an athletic academic counselor for the football program and as the lead learning specialist, with direct oversight of Learning Support Services for all student-athletes.
 
Prior to her time as an Assistant Director, Brady spent one year with the Terrapins as a learning specialist for football student-athletes.
 
Before heading to Maryland, Brady served as an assistant director for student-athlete academic services at West Virginia University from 2013-15, and as the tutorial program coordinator from 2012-13. The Baltimore native previously spent five seasons with the Mountaineers, serving as a graduate assistant for the women’s basketball program from 2010-2012, while working on a master’s degree in educational leadership with a concentration in higher education, which she earned in May 2012.
 
Brady earned her bachelor’s degree in sport management from West Virginia University in May 2010, and after earning her master’s degree from WVU, she returned to the Baltimore area where she served a short stint as a teacher at Old Mill High School.
