AAC INDOOR ALL-CONFERENCE: 2023 DMR (Champion)
2022-23 SEASONS
2023 ITF: Competed in five meets during the season…Was part of the AAC Championship winning DMR team that broke the school record with a time of 9:41.29… Placed fourth overall in the 800m with a time of 1:52.64 at the AAC Championships… Recorded a personal best 3000m time of 8:27.76 at the Cardinal Classic… During the Meyo invitational, he ran a personal best 4:09.21 in the mile.
2023 OTF: Competed in six meets during the season… Placed second overall in the 1500m at the Jesse Owens Classic with a personal best time of 1:51.38… At the AAC Championships he competed in both the 800m and 1500m… In the 800m he placed eighth overall with a time of 1:51.38, a personal best. 

2021-22 SEASONS
2021XC: Competed in three meets in his first season running for Cincinnati. His best finish was at the Bulter Twilight Meet 6k, where he finished 12th overall with a personal record time of 18:28.6.
 
2020-21 SEASONS
Redshirted all three seasons during the year... 

High School: A 2019 graduate of Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School (Broadview Heights, Ohio)... set a team record in the 4x800m with a time of 7:44.26 his junior year of high school... he was also a state runner-up and national qualifier in the 4x800m... he is a member of the UC Running Club, holding the club record in the 1500m and 5000m... Held a personal best of 1:57.58 in the 800-meter, 4:29.89 in the 1600-meter, 9:54.28 in the 3200-meter, and 16:27.06 in the 5k.

Personal: Son of Joyce and Dave... Has two siblings: Andrew and Samantha... Intended to earn a MS in Technology Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation
