As a junior (2024-25)
Outdoor
- Participated in six meets with a top-10 finish, three top-5 finishes, and an event win.
- Was a part of the winning 4x400 relay team alongside Kanai Bey, Emma Pegg, and Katerina Talanova with a time of 3:45.87 at the Maryland Invitational (3/28-29/25).
- Set a new personal record in the 400m with a time of 55.09, placing 5th at the Maryland Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/2/25).
Indoor
- Participated in six competitions, earning three top-10 finishes.
- Posted a personal best in the 400 meters (56.22) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/28-3/1/25)
- Recorded a second place finish in the 400 meters (56.57)Â at the Navy Select (2/21/25)

- Opened the season with a runner-up placement in the 4x400m (3:53.52) at the Navy Invitational (12/3)
- Scored two top-10 finishes at the Hokie Invitational (1/20), taking fourth in the 4x400m (3:47.22) while finishing 10th in the 300m with a personal-best 40.59 pace
- Scored a personal-record 400m time at the Dr
- Sander Invitational Columbia Challenge (1/27) with a 58.70
- Notched two top-10 results at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/24), finishing seventh in the 4x400m (3:44.03) and 10th in the DMR (11:47.32)
Before Maryland
- Was a Nike All American in the 4x400 meter relay, 8 time All-State team in Virginia, and two time MVP at Battlefield High School
- Was also a varsity volleyball player
- Recorded personal bests of 12.50s in the 100m, 25.74 in the 200m, 56.95 in the 400m, 7.54 in the 55m, 25.76 in the indoor 200m, 57.92 in the indoor 400m, and 40.31 in the indoor 300m
