As a Freshman (2012): Played in all 26 games as a reserve ... ranked fourth on the team in shooting percentage (.405), a mark which ranks ninth on Maryland's single-season list ... ranked fourth on the team in steals (31) and seventh in goals (17) ... posted career bests in goals (three) and points (four) vs. Sonoma State (3/22).
Before Maryland: Played for Marin Catholic High School and the Marin club team ... team MVP in 2010 and 2011 ... was salutatorian and in the National Honor Society at her high school ... Mu Alpha Theta Co-President in high school ... an AP Scholar ... also a member of the high school swim team and worked for her school newspaper.
Personal: Parents are Sean and Robin Gerrity ... has two sisters, Kathleen and Shannon ... double major in neurobiology and physiology ... enjoys hiking in Yosemite in her free time.
