Head coach Brenda Frese welcomed Tori Jankoska as the Director of Recruiting Operations and Player Personnel in September 2018.

Jankoska played four seasons at Michigan State, earning All-Big Ten honors in all four years and First Team honors in 2017. As a senior, she averaged 16.9 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game while shooting 35.4 percent from outside the arc in the 2016-17 season.

“We got a chance to spend a few weeks with Tori last summer and she just blew us away,” Frese said. “Her love of the game, how hard she worked, her drive were all things that we all saw instantly. She will be a fantastic role model and mentor to our players and we are so excited to welcome her here.”

Jankoska became the Michigan State career scoring leader and the first Spartan women's basketball player to eclipse the 2,000-point mark, ending her career with 2,212 points. She also broke the Michigan State single-season scoring record with 746 points last season, which ranked second in the Big Ten. Jankoska also became Michigan State's all-time leader in three-pointers made with 320 and free throws made with 478. She was also second in career assists with 489.

She was drafted ninth overall by the Chicago Sky in 2017 and played professionally in Poland last season.

Jankoska traveled to Taiwan with the Terrapins to play in the World University Games last August. She was second on the team in scoring with 12.5 points per game with 3.3 assists.
