Bill Ball was promoted to associate director of ticket operations in May of 2018.
Ball has been with the Terrapin ticket office since 2014, previously serving as assistant director of ticket operations.
A graduate of Central Connecticut State University, Ball has also spent time at the College of the Holy Cross.
