As a Redshirt Freshman (2014-15): Competed at 133 pounds and won four times…won once at the Clarion Open (11/2)…notched a win at the Bearcat Open (11/9)…defeated Marshall Brown of NC State at the Wolfpack Open (11/16)…won once at the TCNJ Open (11/22).
As a Freshman (2013-14): Served a redshirt season and wrestled in open competition at 133 pounds ... picked up his first career win against Ohio State's Matt Davis at the Clarion Open.
Before Maryland: A three-time all-league selection and two-time league champion … also served as team captain for two seasons … a member of the National Honor Society … a high honor roll honoree all four years.
