As a Freshman (2014-15): Served a redshirt season and won 18 matches at 149 and 157 pounds…notched five wins by fall…picked up the first win of his college career against unattached Sean Heggs at the Clarion Open (11/2)…won by fall twice at the Wolfpack Open (11/16)…nabbed three wins at the TCNJ Open (11/22)…went 3-2 at the Nittany Lion Open (12/7)…notched a victory by fall over Matt Fisher at Sacred Heart at the Wilkes Open (12/28)…notched three wins at the Messiah Open (2/7).

Before Maryland: Won a Maryland state championship and was a two-time state runner up…a two-time All-American at USA Wrestling Cadet/Junior Nationals…placed seventh at the Super 32 tournament.
