A Washington, DC native and University of Arizona graduate, Ian Lesaar brings a deep passion for sports to his role as Director of Fan Engagement & Experiences at One Maryland. Having served as the Director of Ticket Sales for the Washington Spirit Women's Professional Soccer Team and as a TopGolf Platinum Sales Manager, Ian has spent the last 10 years building relationships and growing fanbases through membership programs and ticket sales. His background as a former high school athlete fuels his dedication to creating meaningful opportunities for both athletes and fans.
