COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Ranked No. 2 in the nation in the latest USA Today/ESPN coaches poll, the Maryland men's basketball team hosts three remaining December home dates this month, during the final year of play at Cole Field House. Tickets are available for all three games.

On Sunday, Dec. 9, Maryland welcomes Detroit to Cole for a 6:30 p.m. tipoff. The Titans were 25-12 last year while advancing to Madison Square Garden for the NIT semifinals. Detroit has attended either the NIT or NCAA tournaments in three of the past four years.
Two nights later, the Terps take on Monmouth which finished 21-10 last season, won the Northeast Conference championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament. Maryland and Monmouth play at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 11.
Later in the month, Maryland hosts William & Mary on Dec. 27, just three days before opening Atlantic Coast Conference play at NC State. The Tribe, from nearby Williamsburg, Va., visits College Park for the first time since 1985. Game time against William & Mary is 8 p.m.
