On The Road This Summer With Johnny Holliday

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Think you have a busy summer schedule? Check out the one that Johnny Holliday has planned.

Before he begins his 25th season broadcasting games at the University of Maryland, Holliday's travels in the coming months will take him from the Washington, D.C., area to Sarasota, Fla., Cleveland, Ohio, Williamsburg, Va. and back again as he emcees numerous charity events, signs copies of his book "From Rock to Jock," and shows off his skills on area golf courses.

Washington, D.C.'s most versatile broadcaster, Holliday has covered not only Maryland athletics events, but five Olympics, championship boxing and the Masters. He is involved in numerous charitable organizations and has been named Washingtonian Magazine's "Washingtonian of the Year," a Maryland M Club Distinguished Citizen, and was a recipient of the Maryland basketball service award.

Appear on Fox News Cable in a segment called "Overachievers in Entertainment," at 11 p.m., as a part of Bob Hope's 100th birthday celebration.

Tuesday, May 20th
M.C. at the 58th Annual Spring Dinner for the CYO, at Indiana Springs Country Club, at 7:30 p.m. as Ralph Freidgen will be named the CYO's National Figure of the Year.

Friday, May 23rd

Monday, June 9th
